Is it permissible for a woman to seek divorce and reclaim the full dowry if she remains a virgin after marriage due to the husband's inability to penetrate, despite her attempts with him and doctors advising him to change positions without him responding?

If the husband is completely unable to have intercourse, and the wife was unaware of this before the marriage contract and does not consent to it, she may refer the matter to a judge to annul the marriage if the husband's impotence is proven after deferring it for one year. If the husband's impotence is proven, the wife has the right to annul the marriage and is entitled to her full mahr. If this is not proven, and the husband does not keep the wife chaste, she may seek a khulʿ from him by forfeiting the mahr or a portion thereof.
