Is it permissible for a daughter to demand a share of the floors built by the father and sons, knowing that the father wrote over to her the floor her husband built with a deed of ownership?

If the father gives his children permission to build upon his house or helps them, this is considered a gift and he must be just in it, such that the male receives twice the share of the female. There is no harm in favoring one if everyone consents; otherwise, justice is obligatory. If what the father helped his two sons with equals the value of the land the daughter received, then justice has been achieved, because the son took twice the share of the daughter. As for the floor the father inhabits with his youngest son, an agreement can be reached that what the father spent on it will be greater compensation for the youngest son. The father should register the apartments of all his children in their names to ensure justice. If other floors are built, all the children should share in them, with the male receiving a share like that of two females. The father should be keen on justice, and the children should fear Allah and reconcile among themselves, for love and harmony are better than disputes.
