Is it permissible for a father to enable his children from his first wife to build on land he owns, so that these children have the right to benefit from the built apartments without owning the land, while the youngest son from his second wife is deprived of his right to this land?

A father must be just among his children in giving, and he should give the male the equivalent of the share of two females, because there is no justice greater than the division ordained by Allah the Almighty. It is not permissible for a father to allow some of his children to build on his land without their siblings unless he compensates them to remove the injustice. This prevents animosity and the severing of kinship ties among the children.
