Is it permissible for sons to ask their daughters and mother to sell them land at a price lower than its real value, and then for them to agree to pay their shares later when the land is sold at its real value?

What sons do by taking a portion of their sisters' inheritance through deception or embarrassment is forbidden and impermissible. It is a form of consuming people's wealth unjustly, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Deceit, trickery, and betrayal are in the Fire."

Jurists have stated that what is taken by the 'sword of embarrassment' (i.e., due to shame) is like usurped property; its taker does not own it. As Imam Al-Ghazali said: "Whoever asks another for money in public, and the latter gives it to him solely out of embarrassment, the former does not own it and it is not permissible for him to dispose of it."

Depriving a woman of her inheritance or reducing her share is forbidden and is among the customs of the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah). The Quran has stipulated women's right to inheritance: "For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, be it little or much - a stipulated share."
