What is the ruling on a wife's disobedience (nushuz) if she requested divorce and abandoned the marital home due to a minor dispute, then refused to return to her home during the month of Ramadan?

If your wife has no legitimate Shar'i reason for refusing to return to the marital home, then she is a nashiz (recalcitrant). If she returns, she must offer expiation for a broken oath (kaffarat yamin), unless the reason for her oath has ceased to exist, in which case no expiation is required of her. The oath should not prevent her from returning, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "By Allah, if Allah wills, I do not swear an oath and then see something better than it, except that I expiate for my oath and do that which is better." It is recommended to supplicate and involve people of goodwill for reconciliation.
