Is it permissible for one of my relatives to add my name to his commercial register as if I were an employee of his, and to pay me a monthly salary, knowing that I do not work for him?

Your employment and registration of your name are merely a trick to fulfill the state's condition for granting a commercial register, and this is deception and fraud, which our true religion has forbidden. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives us is not one of us."
