Is it permissible to work in someone else's name to improve income due to the impossibility of working in one's original name because it is registered with social insurance?

We understand from the question that an employee who receives a salary from social insurance is not permitted to work and combine this remuneration with an employment salary. If this is indeed the case, then it is impermissible to circumvent this condition and work in the sister's name, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [your] contracts," and the prophetic tradition: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
