Is the salary I receive permissible, given that I work one hour a day and there is no work due to the project's completion, knowing that I am registered with social insurance and they benefit from my name?

If the salary is in exchange for an employment contract and commitment to attendance, then it is permissible (halal), and the employee is entitled to their full wage whether there is work available or not, as long as they do not refuse to work. However, if the salary is in exchange for the company circumventing regulations to benefit from the name in social insurance, then it is consuming wealth unlawfully.
