What is the ruling on a girl embracing Islam while fearing to inform her non-Muslim parents, and being unable to commit to wearing the hijab due to her circumstances in France?

The hijab should not be a barrier preventing a girl from Islam; for through Islam, a person saves themselves from the torment of Hellfire. Whoever knows that Islam is the true religion should hasten to pronounce the two testimonies of faith, for by doing so, they become a Muslim. If, after that, they fall short in some rulings of Islam, they will be a disobedient Muslim, and this is better for them than remaining in disbelief. Their shortcomings may be forgiven if they were unable to fulfill these rulings. It is advisable to counsel this girl to hasten to embrace Islam, to conceal it from her family, and to observe what she can of Islam's rulings, for what she cannot observe, she will not be punished for. So, if she does not wear the hijab out of fear for herself, there is no blame upon her until Allah grants her ease and a way out.
