Is it permissible for a man, who was breastfed by his paternal aunt, to marry her daughter, or the daughter of his paternal aunt's son who breastfed him?

If a child nurses five times from a woman within two years, this woman becomes his foster mother, and all her children become his foster siblings. The evidence for this is the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "What is forbidden by lineage is forbidden by suckling," and Aisha's Hadith: "Among what was revealed in the Qur’an were ten known sucklings which make [marriage] unlawful, then they were abrogated by five known [sucklings]." Therefore, the man who was suckled by the mother of the girl he wishes to marry is considered her foster paternal uncle because he is her father's foster brother, so it is not permissible for him to marry her. There is no difference in this, whether he was suckled with her father or with other children of the nursing woman.
