Is it permissible for the heirs to take money from the owner of the apartment, by mutual agreement, in exchange for them leaving the electricity, gas, and water meters that their deceased relative installed?

The deceased's meters revert to their heirs, and there is no harm upon them in ceding them to the property owner for a price, due to Allah's saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent."
