What is the ruling on saying the phrase "the atmosphere is not a mistake" to express the beauty of the weather in winter?

This statement is incorrect because it implies that if the weather is not beautiful, then it is "wrong," which falls under the category of cursing time, and cursing time is cursing its Creator.

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah عز وجل said: 'The son of Adam harms Me; he curses time, but I am time. In My hand is the command; I alternate the night and day.'"

Time has no action of its own; rather, it is a creature among the creation of Allah the Almighty. Cursing time falls back on Allah the Almighty because He is the orchestrator of events.

Whether the weather is beautiful or not, there is absolutely no wrong, but rather it is the action of the All-Wise, the All-Knowing.
