Is the singular of "al-Uluwwah" in the noble Prophetic Hadith "al-Liyyah"?

The word "alwah" (الألوة) is a singular noun for agarwood trees. It is of foreign origin, and the Arabs arabized it with various pronunciations. Its plural is "alawi" (الألاوية). The word "liya" (ليا) is not a singular form of "alwah"; rather, it means land far from water. It is permissible to name with it if it does not carry an ugly meaning, but it is preferable to use permissible Arabic names that encourage virtues.
