Is a wife permissible to her husband after he swore that she is forbidden to him if she enters the bedroom, and then he forced her to enter it? Is it permissible for her to cohabit with him, knowing that he is a spy? Is the money she takes from him unlawful?

If a man is a spy for disbelievers against Muslims for a worldly purpose, but his belief is sound, this does not affect the validity of his marriage, and his divorce is effective. If he divorces twice and then forbids her a third time, intending divorce, then she is irrevocably divorced from him [major divorce]. If he intended ẓihār, then it is ẓihār. His forcing her to enter the room causes him to break his oath. The money he takes from this wicked act is not permissible for him to benefit from, except in dire necessity.
