Is it permissible to abort a fetus if the mother has a neurological disorder that caused her severe seizures after the previous birth?

Once the soul is breathed into the fetus, abortion is not permissible. However, before the soul is breathed in, scholars have differed on the permissibility of abortion. The majority opinion is that it is permissible, but the fatwa adopted by us is that abortion is not permissible at all except in cases of necessity.
