The answer

Divorce does not occur through inner thoughts without utterance. Nor does it occur if a person, whose affairs are entrusted to him, utters it due to obsessive thoughts and not by his own choice. If a person doubts whether he uttered the divorce or not, or doubts whether he divorced by his own choice or due to obsessive thoughts, then divorce does not occur in these cases because the original state is the continuation of the marriage. However, divorce that occurs while one is aware and acting by choice is effective, whether from a person prone to obsessive thoughts or not. It is most probable that the entire matter consists of obsessive thoughts that have no consequences, and one must turn away from them.
