Is it obligatory to pay the bank's claim of (5800) Riyals for a Visa card from 5 years ago, knowing that the actual withdrawn amount does not exceed (3500) Riyals and the questioner believes that dealing with it is impermissible (haram)?

As long as you know that you did not withdraw more than 3500 riyals, then pay them this amount. If you are unable to do so, then negotiate with them to reduce the excess, while repenting from this forbidden contract.
