Does a person bear a sin if someone follows an account after seeing their comment on a picture?

There is no blame upon you for permissible commenting, even if it leads to others following an account that should not be followed, as long as that was not your intention. Indirect and unintended assistance in sin is not blameworthy, like selling something that can be used for both permissible and forbidden purposes without the intention of assisting in the forbidden. However, inviting people to follow accounts that contain objectionable content is sinful. A Muslim should consider the consequences of their actions and weigh their benefits against their harms.
