A husband's statement to his wife, "You are divorced," is one of the explicit pronouncements that effectuate divorce. Its occurrence is not prevented by the fact that it was uttered in a moment of anger, unless the anger reached such a level that it caused a loss of consciousness and awareness. If you were aware of what you said, then the divorce is effective and counts as one divorce. You may take your wife back during her iddah (waiting period) by word or by intercourse, and it is recommended to have witnesses to the reconciliation.
