Does the noble verse (and do not say to them, "uff") refer only to one's parents, or does it include the wife's parents?

The verses that mention parents refer to the father and mother. Grandparents also have rights over an individual, and scholars have unanimously agreed on the obligation to honor them. Likewise, kindness and respect are due to the wife's parents and her other relatives, as well as one's own kin and relatives, for they all have rights over him.
