Is a wife considered part of one's offspring when supplicating with the words: "O Allah, forgive me and my offspring"?

A person's progeny (dhūrriyah): their children and descendants, both male and female. This is indicated by the Almighty's saying: (and those who were righteous among their fathers, and their spouses, and their offspring). The conjunction implies a distinction between the conjoined and the conjoined-to. If the endower says: "This is an endowment for my progeny," then the wife is not included in that, because progeny includes only the offspring from children and grandchildren, as Khalil al-Maliki stated in al-Mukhtasar. However, the wife is included in one's family (ahl), so a Muslim should supplicate for his wife along with himself and his progeny.
