What is the ruling on mixing in universities when there is no alternative study option available that suits work hours?

Allah created humans with an innate inclination between the sexes. He surrounded the mixing of males and females with caution and care to prevent falling into prohibitions and societal corruption. Contemporary mixing is a widespread evil that removes a woman's modesty. The Qur'an, in cases of necessity, guided women to maintain chastity in their interactions and to return immediately after the purpose is fulfilled, citing the story of Shu'aib's two daughters, who exerted themselves to acquire what would suffice them from going out. Current mixing is forbidden, and it is incumbent upon those in authority to protect their subjects from its paths. Its harm afflicts both men and women. In cases of extreme necessity, attendance should be limited to the extent of need, while adhering to Sharia guidelines such as complete hijab, avoiding mixing and unnecessary conversations, and ensuring no deviation occurs. If a woman fears deviation for herself, she must leave her studies.
