What is the ruling on a ritually impure person (junub) who has not performed ghusl due to lack of time going to the mosque to study (memorize) the Noble Qur’an?

It is forbidden for a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) to recite the Qur'an and to stay in the mosque, according to the majority of scholars. The lack of time for ghusl (ritual bath) does not permit this. Rather, he must perform ghusl before going to the mosque to study the Qur'an.
