What is the ruling on purchasing a quantity of mobile phone scratch cards at a cheaper price than the authorized dealer, where funds are collected and held by a party for a period of a week or a month, then the cards arrive from outside the country, and it is agreed that they will be sold by the buyer or the fund collector for a percentage of the profit? And what is the legitimate way if it is not permissible?

If money is collected and cards are purchased, and then each individual sells his share himself, there is no harm in that.

It is permissible to agree with a person to sell the cards for a known percentage of the profit. This is a form of agency for a fee and bears a resemblance to Mudarabah (profit-sharing partnership).

There is no harm in distributing the accrued profit every ten or twenty days. In Mudarabah, it is permissible to divide the profit before the end of the term if both parties agree, and the owner of the capital may take his profit in cash or cards, depending on the agreement.
