Am I required to repent for fornication that lasted seven years, and is marrying the woman with whom I fornicated a condition for my repentance to be accepted, knowing that I disgraced her and deprived her of her virginity with her consent?

Dating between young men and women under the pretext of marriage is a gateway to evil and corruption, through which honor is violated and forbidden acts are committed behind its curtain. It is far from the guidance of Islam. It is obligatory for you to repent to Allah by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, while maintaining discretion. You are not obliged to marry that girl; rather, it is not permissible for you to marry her before her repentance and the purification of her womb. You owe her nothing for the loss of her virginity, as long as she willingly participated with you in the immoral act. If she repents with a sincere repentance and you are able to marry her, then there is no blame upon you in that.
