What is the ruling on feigning mental illness to obtain a medical report for the approval of a Social Security pension application?

If the warranty conditions do not apply to you, then it is not permissible for you to enter into it through lying and deception, due to the generality of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever deceives is not of us," and because it involves consuming wealth unlawfully and violating the agreed-upon conditions. And the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
