Is it permissible to obtain a medical report in order to receive a social security pension?

If your health condition necessitates obtaining social security, there is no harm in obtaining a medical report that accurately reflects your real condition, so that you may receive what you are entitled to. However, if you intend to obtain a forged medical report, this is not permissible; because it is a falsehood and one of the gravest major sins, as well as deceit and treachery. Allah Almighty said: "O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]." And Glorified be He, He said: "So avoid the uncleanness of idols and avoid false statement." Falsehood (Az-Zoor) is lying and describing something contrary to its true nature. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, considered uttering falsehood and bearing false witness among the gravest major sins.
