Is Islamic attire in Europe considered a dress of fame, taking into account that it attracts attention?

The Muslim woman's attire must cover her entire body, with the exception of the face and hands according to some scholars. This applies to her whether she is in Europe or elsewhere. This is not among the blameworthy clothes of fame, for clothes of fame are those by which their wearer becomes well-known among people due to their color and shape differing from their clothes, accompanied by conceit and arrogance. As for attire in Islam, it is distinguished by being modest, thick, and not revealing, and it does not differ from the general attire of people except in terms of its Sharia-compliant specifications.
