What is the ruling on discarding a package that contains the phrase: "Materials studied Islamically" in a foreign language? And does the one who does so commit an act of disbelief, or is he sinful if the wording is respectful and he was aware of that?

Papers and objects upon which the names of Allah Almighty or the texts of revelation are written must be respected and not thrown into the trash. A Muslim must burn them, bury them, or place them in a respectful location. It is forbidden to disgrace anything from the sacred symbols of the religion. Indeed, intentionally disgracing the name of Allah is disbelief in Allah the Almighty, as is disgracing the names of the Prophets with the intent of debasement and contempt. However, if there is no intention of disgrace, then whoever has entered faith with certainty does not exit it except with certainty, but Muslims must be careful in their actions.
