What is the ruling on discarding egg yolks for bodybuilders or those concerned about their health due to cholesterol?

The egg yolk is one of Allah's blessings. It must be preserved and not wasted or thrown away, because that is from the forbidden squandering of wealth. If a person does not wish to use it for any reason, they must give it to someone who can benefit from it, whether for eating or other uses, such as hair treatment. If that is not possible, then there is no harm in disposing of it by any means.
