Is it permissible to use water from a motor that runs on electricity drawn illegally from an electricity pole, and is it permissible to operate this motor if it causes others to be deprived of water?

It is not permissible to draw electricity directly from the pole, and one must repent from this by paying the value of what was consumed to the responsible authority. If the amount is unknown, an effort should be made to estimate it. As for water, there is no harm in benefiting from it, even if stolen electricity was used for it, with the obligation to pay the value of the electricity. It is not permissible to operate anything that leads to depriving people of water. If the water supply is cut off and cannot be obtained except by using one's private pump, there is no harm, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There shall be no harm nor reciprocating harm," with the obligation to pay the value of the electricity.
