The answer

Scholars have permitted combining different recitations (qira'at) in a single reading, provided that it does not disrupt the grammar (i'rab) or the meaning. However, it is not permissible to write a Mushaf (copy of the Quran) that is a composite of all the recitations, because the consensus of the Ummah has settled on the fact that any recitation outside the ten established qira'at is considered anomalous (shadhdh) and does not meet the conditions of continuous transmission (tawatur). Introducing such a composite would be a breach of this consensus.
