Is it permissible for a husband to give money to someone as an "Eid gift" or "aid" from his salary, while he is unable to provide for the basic needs of his wife and children, such as food and clothing?

The husband's action of giving money to his family when you are in need of it and they are not is impermissible and forbidden, as it involves injustice to the wife and children. The priority in spending is oneself, then one's family, then one's relatives. There is a consensus on the obligation of maintaining one's wife. The husband must fear Allah and know that his wife and children are the most deserving of his provision. He should remember the words of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "It is enough sin for a person to neglect those whom he is supposed to support."
