Is it permissible to marry the daughter of a brother's daughter?

The daughter of a niece (daughter of a sister's daughter) is permanently forbidden (to marry). She is included in the generality of Allah's saying: "and daughters of brothers and daughters of sisters." Thus, her ruling is the same as that of a brother's daughter in terms of being forbidden, and it is not permissible to marry her.
