If there is a genuine necessity for the wife to work due to insufficient living expenses, and there are concerns regarding public transportation, and the husband is unable to provide a car through permissible means, then it is permissible for him to take a usurious loan to purchase a car, provided that the necessity is assessed proportionally, so that the borrowed amount does not exceed the need. If these conditions are not met, then it is not permissible to take a usurious loan.
