How do I make up the Asr prayer if I missed it and the time for the Maghrib prayer has begun?

It has been established that the order is obligatory between missed prayers, between missed prayers and the current prayer, and between two current prayers. Therefore, you should pray Fajr first, then Asr, then Maghrib, unless you fear that the time for Maghrib will expire. A missed prayer is performed as if it were being performed on time. If the delay was without a legitimate excuse, then alongside making up the prayer, repentance, remorse, and seeking forgiveness are obligatory.
