Is the husband considered unjust for divorcing his wife after family disputes and his sister's aggression towards her, and for taking her to her family's house, even though the wife knows she does not desire a divorce?

The husband is not unjust by issuing a divorce based on the wife's request, and divorce is not an injustice to the woman; rather, it is disliked if there is no reason for it.

The spouses should show understanding and overlook issues to resolve marital problems. If that is not possible, Allah has legislated divorce as a way out.

The wife erred by requesting a divorce, and the husband erred by responding to her request while angry.

It is advisable to reverse the divorce and reconcile, as reconciliation (raj'ah) is permissible after the first or second divorce during the waiting period (iddah), and it does not require a new contract or a new dowry.

Reconciliation is confirmed by the husband saying, "I have taken you back into my wedlock" or similar phrasing, and it is recommended to have witnesses for it.

Reconciliation is legislated by the Qur'an, Sunnah, and scholarly consensus, based on the Almighty's saying: "And their husbands have a greater right to take them back in that [period] if they want reconciliation," and based on the action of the Prophet (peace be upon him) when he divorced Hafsa and then took her back. Scholars have unanimously agreed on the permissibility of reconciliation if a man divorces his wife fewer than three times.
