Is a man considered unjust towards his wife or daughters if he divorces his wife in absentia after she rejects reconciliation and insists on divorce, knowing that the reasons for their disputes are accusations against him of negligence in caring for the home and providing for it, and the existence of female relationships that did not affect their marital life?

"Relationships with foreign female colleagues can be a cause of marital problems, because it is a sin for which Allah punishes. Therefore, you must repent sincerely from it, and the husband must fulfill the rights of his wife and children. The wife's insistence on seeking divorce without a legitimate Islamic reason is an offense, and reconciliation is better. Efforts should be made to reunite the family, and neither parent should be prevented from seeing their children after separation."
