ما هو مفهوم البعث والجزاء لغة واصطلاحًا؟

Linguistically, "resurrection" (al-bath) means sending, rousing, or bringing to life. Technically, it is Allah's bringing the dead back to life from their graves, in the same state they were in during this world, so that each of them may be recompensed. Recompense is the reward for an action, and in the Hereafter, it is what Allah has prepared for His servants, whether it be bliss or torment.
