The answer

The places for supplication (Du'a) in prayer have been explained previously. It has not been reported that after the Imam finishes reciting is a place for Du'a, except for the congregant's saying "Amin," and likewise if the Imam recites verses where Du'a or glorification (tanzih) is recommended. The worshipper should supplicate in the places reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
