What is the ruling on a construction company building a tourist city that contains many forbidden things?

Allah Almighty has forbidden cooperation in sin. Tourist cities are often a haven for disbelievers and transgressors, where nudity, dancing, promiscuity, lewdness, alcohol consumption, and gambling are prevalent, all of which are forbidden acts. It is not permissible for one who believes in Allah to commit these acts, participate in them, or assist those who commit them. Whoever establishes such places or helps in their creation and continuation bears a share of the sin. Even the permissible places within them (such as clinics and supermarkets) partake in the sin because they were established to facilitate sin. The Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa prohibiting the construction of such cities due to their role in empowering people of corruption. It is not permissible for a Muslim to work for companies that establish such facilities, as this constitutes cooperation in sin and aggression.
