What are the invocations (adhkar) to be recited during the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud as-sahw), and is it recited: "Glorified be He who neither forgets nor sleeps" or "Glorified be my Lord, the Most High, who does not forget"?

The invocations (adhkar) said during the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) are the same as those said during other prostrations, which are: "Subhana Rabbiyal-A'la (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High)" three times, after which the worshipper may supplicate with whatever he wishes. As for the saying: "Subhanal-ladhi la yashu aw la yanam (Glory be to Him who neither forgets nor sleeps)," it has not been reported in the Sunnah.
