What does the worshiper say during the prostration of forgetfulness (sujood as-sahw) and the prostration of recitation (sujood at-tilawah)?

The prostrating person says in the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud (definition) al-sahw) and the prostration of recitation (sujud al-tilawah) what they say in their prostration during prayer: "Subhana Rabbiyal-A'la (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High)" once as an obligation, and three times for perfection. Supplication (du'a) is also recommended therein. The evidence for this is the Prophet's ﷺ saying: "As for bowing (ruku'), glorify the Lord therein. As for prostration (sujud), strive in supplication, for it is most likely that your prayers will be answered," and his ﷺ saying: "The closest a servant is to his Lord is when he is prostrating, so increase your supplication." The Prophet ﷺ often used to say in his bowing and prostration: "Subhanaka Allahumma Rabbana wa bihamdika Allahumma ighfir li (Glory be to You, O Allah, our Lord, and with Your praise, O Allah, forgive me)," and he also used to say: "Subbuhun Quddusun Rabbu al-Mala'ikati war-Ruh (Glorified and Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit)."
