What does a Muslim say in the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw)?

In the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw), the prostrator says "Subhana Rabbiyal-Ala" (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High) once, as an obligation. The minimum for perfection is three times. It is recommended to supplicate with the prescribed du'as during prostration, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "As for bowing (rukūʿ), glorify the Lord Almighty therein, and as for prostration (sujūd), strive in supplication, for it is likelier that you will be answered."
