Is the repeated statement "By divorce, I will not sit with them" in a state of anger considered an oath of divorce or an oath of قسم (qasam - a solemn vow), and does it prevent sitting with friends?

The fatwa we adopt is that whoever swears by divorce and then breaks his oath, his wife is divorced, whether he intended divorce or intended threat. Therefore, if you sit with these people whom you swore to avoid sitting with, your wife will be divorced. We alert you that mixing between families leads to great evils and harms, and that the permissible oath is by Allah Almighty, while swearing by divorce is among the oaths of the dissolute.
