Does divorce take place with the statement, "Divorced if she goes to her family's house unless I am with her," if it was said in a state of extreme anger and illness, and was not intended?

Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce as long as the person is aware of what he is saying.

The phrase "divorce, you shall not enter Abha" is considered an oath of divorce.

The majority of jurists are of the opinion that divorce occurs when the oath of divorce is fulfilled. However, Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah believes that an oath of divorce which is not intended to cause divorce is subject to the same ruling as an oath by Allah, and the one who swore it must pay an expiation for breaking an oath, and no divorce occurs.

Based on this, the fatwa given is that it is not possible to retract this oath, and if the wife goes to her family without your accompaniment, a divorce occurs. However, according to Ibn Taymiyyah's view, an expiation for an oath is required.

Due to the difference of opinion among jurists, it is preferable to present the matter to the Sharia court or to trusted scholars.
