Is the owner of leased land entitled to dispense subsidized fertilizers allocated for his land and sell them, profiting from the price difference, while the tenant, who is forced to buy them at a higher price from the private sector, does not benefit from them?

If the seller stipulates to the buyer that he should not sell the item sold, the majority of scholars consider this condition void. However, there are two views on whether the sale itself becomes void due to this condition. Imam Ahmad, in one narration, held the view that both the sale and the condition are valid.
