What is the ruling on a Jordanian publishing house issuing a book that contains insults to Islam and the Divine Essence?

If it is true that the book contains insults to the Divine Being and phrases offensive to Islam, then that is disbelief (kufr), defilement (rijs), and misguidance (dalal). It is not permissible to publish or promote it. Rather, it must be banned, and the author should be advised to repent, because her action is an apostasy from Islam. And whoever published it must repent to Allah, collect it from the markets, and declare their disavowal of its contents.
