Is one sinful for delaying the tidying of a part of the Qur'an placed on top of the Mushaf?

There is no harm in delaying the completion of the entire Qur'an (khatm al-Mushaf); because the order between completing the Qur'an and a specific part (juz') is not a religious obligation.
