What is the ruling on semen discharged after conversing with women, and does it necessitate ghusl, or only washing the penis and the site of impurity?

What is discharged from a man when his desire is aroused is either mani (seminal fluid) or madhi (pre-ejaculatory fluid). Often, what is discharged during minor arousal (such as talking to women) is madhi. This is impure (najis) and necessitates washing the entire penis, washing whatever part of the body and clothing it touched, and performing ablution (wudu). It is important to note that talking to non-mahram women with desire is a grave sin that could lead to greater indecencies.
